Owner
As CEO, David is an industry leader with over 12 years of experience in manufactured housing. David provides our staff with knowledge and housing prospects with the opportunity of homeownership leading with superior service. Leaving no stone unturned and no families left behind.
Outside of the office, David spends most of his time on the baseball/softball fields coaching his son and daughter's sports teams. David also enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife Claudia of 20 years. Also enjoys cooking outdoors and supporting his local church and community.
Claudia Cuadros
Operations Manager
Claudia Cuadros serves as our Operations Manager, responsible for managing daily operations at Clearance Homes of Texas, including scheduling home deliveries, processing service requests, and overseeing bookkeeping tasks.
Claudia enjoys investing her free time reading and enjoys quality time with her family and friends. As a family, Claudia and David have 2 wonderful children whom are fully active in baseball and softball. Claudia passionately enjoys crafting and constructing projects from scratch. Claudia stands out with her kind heart and her genuine care for others. Her compassion and empathy shines through in everything she does, making a positive impact on our clients and organically with those around her.
Itzel Nieves

Itzel is our newest member of our Clearance Homes of Texas family. Itzel is a bilingual professional housing consultant with dedication to helping you navigate the housing market with ease, providing expert guidance in both English and Spanish. Excelling academically, Itzel completed her studies and shortly after joining the CHOT team, where she found a rewarding career helping clients discover their ideal mobile home. Known for her warmth and dedication, she brings a passion for making meaningful connections that enrich both her personal and professional life.

Itzel was born and raised in Houston and currently resides in Cleveland Texas with her family. Itzel is the oldest of 4 younger siblings. Outside of work, Itzel enjoys exploring new places with her family and boyfriend, creating lasting memories wherever they go. She also enjoys cooking and baking. You might even get a chance to try some of her famous flan!
Miriam Bahena

Meet Miriam, Originally from Tamaulipas, MX. Raised in Houston,TX. She currently resides in the heart of Humble, TX! A dedicated bilingual salesperson with 9 years experience who specializes in helping families find their dream home. With her strong communication skills in both english and spanish, she makes the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Miriam makes sure to guide families through every step, ensuring they feel supported and informed along the way.
Miriam is a family- oriented individual. Outside of work she finds joys in spending quality time with her fiance and children. Especially the task of being a mom and raising her 2 sons, watching them grow and learn each day. She cherishes every moment with her family and is dedicated to creating a home filled with love and support. She also enjoys cooking. Experimenting with new recipes and perfecting traditional dishes. Cooking isn't just a hobby, it's a passion that brings happiness to her everyday family life.
